Tennis Court Resurfacing around Colonel Light Gardens
The council's page reports this as an outcome of its Full Council Meeting of 28 January 2025, and we read it on 7 October 2026. It does not say the work is finished and this page does not either. It shows a resurfacing sitting inside a larger job: the lights and the fence went into the same decision as the surface.
Colonel Light Gardens is a State Heritage Area: the Department for Environment and Water says it was established as one in 2000 under the Development Act 1993, and says to contact the City of Mitcham on development related matters within the suburb. This page does not say what that means for any court. Ask the City of Mitcham before changing lights, fencing or anything beyond a recoat.
